In many cases, no. You must do your due diligence to verify the arrest record with the arrest agency or jail, which should also provide you more information about an arrested individual or court case.
How often does JailDB.com get new records?
We're collecting thousands of new arrest records every day. We'll be adding new arrest agencies every several days.
Do you charge for removals?
No! JailDB.com does not accept payment for removal. Qualified individuals can opt-out of our website for absolutely no cost described in our Opt-Out Policy.
How do I get my information out of Google/Bing/Yahoo search?
You must contact each individual website operator that publishes your mugshot/arrest details and ask them to remove your information from their websites. Then you must wait at least several days for the search engine to update their cached references. While some websites expedite this process by submitting so-called "page removal requests", JailDB.com does not support that feature yet in our Opt-Out Policy.
You can contact us using the links on the bottom of this page. Please be sure to include ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS we may need to process your request efficiently:
- Your name/authority
- Page URL
- Evidence and attachments
- A little kindness goes a long way!
